Rules

By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service. As I can also accept commission work, I also have the right to decline.

Will do:

  • OCs / DND PCs / Fandom OCs / Kemenomimi.

  • Ship / Pairings (Canon, OC x Canon, BL/GL/Het).

  • Fanart.

  • Blood, horror and creepy elements.

  • Suggestive material (characters in swimsuits/lingerie, etc).

Won't do:

  • Heavy gore (eye/head/neck trauma, etc).

  • Heavy mecha.

  • Porn/NSFW (nudity, etc).

  • Furry (can only draw anthros/kemeno).

  • Offensive material or things that make me uncomfortable.

Terms of Service

The list below are acceptable reference formats. If NO visual references are provided, I will not accept your commission.

  • In-game screenshots of your character (ie: FFXIV, PSO2G, MMO/RPGs, etc.)

  • Character reference sheets or finished art.

  • Picrew/character dress-up generators.

  • Commissioned art from other artists.

  • Sketches/doodles (with color).

  • Pose/expression references (optional).

  • Additional details (optional).

Payment:

  • Paypal only.

  • No refunds! Once the payment has been made after the sketch approval/revision, that's that!

  • PAY IN FULL ONLY. Due to having commissions in the past that resulted in unpaid partial payments and radio silence, I only take the full payment after the invoice in sent out. No, I will not negotiate partial payments, nor will I negotiate for price lowering anymore due to having limited time within my weekly schedules to fulfill commission work. Please make sure that you have the money ready for your commission by the time I send out the invoice.

  • All payments will be made in USD/United States Dollars. If you use another currency, please make sure to do your conversions beforehand to make sure you are paying the full amount.

Copyright & Repost Usage:

  • Do not edit, copy, trace or redistribute my artwork as your own.

  • You must credit me as the creator of your commissioned art, whether it be in your profile, stream schedules, QRTs/replies, video descriptions and more.

  • If you use my artwork for things as pfp/profile pictures and headers, but please credit me in your bio/description!

  • The artist (me) retains the full rights to the artwork. This means I can use your commission as examples for commission types, portfolio work, etc.

  • Once the artwork is given to you, you are allowed to use and/or post it (icons for social media, blog decoration, etc).

Communication & Timeframe:

  • For progress on your commission (besides me generally emailing you with progress, please refer to the QUEUE in the above tab so that you know your commission's stage.

  • For forms that are filled out, I will send you an email titled "COMMISSION FOLLOW-UP." Please make sure to check your spam/inbox if you do not see it within  5 days. These emails are also scheduled to send out 1~3 days after receiving your form.

  • Depending on commission types, commissions may take between 2 weeks to 3 months. Many things go into this factor, such as me having 2 jobs, to bulkier/bigger commissions such as commercial works/Live2D taking priority. Please have patience with me!
